Remember my last post? {I told you to read it!} We were in a hotel in Makati, called Ascott hotel. We walked from there to Makati Shangri- La. We entered and approached the front desk of the buffet restaurant, called Circles. The lady led us to a table. We all left our table to get some food. We were met by the exciting aromas of that day’s dinner. The theme of the dinner was “Seafood Market”. There were shrimps, lobsters, squid, clams, crabs, and different kinds of fish. There were also other foods, such as sushi, roast pork, duck, dim sum and more. There were pasta and soup stations, where you could ask the chefs what ingredients you would like in your soup or pasta. There was a lot of desserts, like cake, brownies, sansrival, mango float, bibingka, mango crepes, tarts, and different kinds of fruits, such as bananas, watermelon slices, apples, mangoes, and a lot more! There were so many choices of food, I don’t know which one I should try first. Should I try duck first or lobster? Chicken or fish? I ate pasta first. Then I went to the soup station. There were vegetables there. Garlic, spring onion, chili garlic and lots of different kinds of sauces. We ate to our hearts content. Then it was time for dessert. Yum!
